Once your application is received, our team will review your profile based on programme-specific criteria. If approved, you’ll receive onboarding materials, access to the WHX App, and personalised guidance to help you make the most of your participation.

The Connections Programme team will assist throughout the process.

Participants can send or accept meeting requests directly through the WHX App, while our team provides ongoing support to ensure you connect with the most relevant profiles.

There is no fee to join the Connections Programme.

However, participation is commitment-based. If accepted, you are expected to attend scheduled meetings and actively engage with relevant exhibitors or innovators as part of the programme experience.

You’ll be matched with relevant exhibitors, innovators, and healthcare partners based on your profile and areas of interest. Meetings will take place onsite at exhibitor stands, or through guided introductions facilitated by our team.

We recommend completing your profile in full, clearly stating your areas of interest, and engaging with the platform early. This increases your chances of being matched with the most relevant participants and getting the most value from your time onsite.

Yes. All participants receive onboarding support, and our team will provide concierge assistance onsite to help manage meetings and ensure your experience is seamless, productive, and impactful.
